Vuslo — Accessibility

Accessibility Statement

Last updated 5 August 2026

We want vuslo.com to be usable by as many people as possible, including visitors who rely on screen readers, keyboard navigation, or other assistive technology. What follows is an honest account of where we are with that, not a claim that we’ve got it all perfect.

01

The standard we’re working toward

We’re actively working toward WCAG 2.2 Level AA, the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines published by the W3C. It’s the benchmark most people use to judge whether a website is accessible. Our compliance hasn’t been formally audited, so we’re not going to tell you the site fully meets that standard today. We’re building toward it and improving as we go.

02

What we’re working on

Accessibility on a live store is an ongoing job, not a box you tick once. The areas we keep our attention on include:

  • Making the site work with a keyboard, not just a mouse
  • Compatibility with screen readers
  • Keeping enough contrast between text and its background to stay readable
  • Alt text on images, so they’re described to people who can’t see them
  • Clear labels on form fields, so each one makes sense on its own

We test and adjust these over time rather than treat them as features that are guaranteed to work flawlessly on every page.

03

Where we fall short

Some parts of the site probably don’t fully meet every guideline yet, and that’s the honest position. Third-party content and older corners of the site can come up short, and so can things we simply haven’t caught. When we find a gap, we fix it.

04

If you hit a barrier

If something on the site gets in your way, whether it’s a page you can’t navigate, an image with no description, or anything else that makes it hard to use, please tell us. Email [email protected], and if you can, mention which page you were on and what went wrong so we can track it down.

We’ll respond as quickly as we can.
